The Central Coast Council is seeking to appoint a Customer Service Officer in the Works Services area.

The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for ensuring service levels and efficient workflows are maintained relating to providing Depot-based operational support to Works employees.

Essential:  Demonstrated experience and proven ability in procurement and well-developed computer skills.

Salary and conditions:  Full-time position (nine-day fortnight).  Central Coast Council’s Enterprise Agreement – Administrative/Clerical Level 2 ($59,032 – $63,655), depending on qualifications and experience.
