Proposed grant of easement over community land known as Lockyer Reserve

Pursuant to section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW) (‘Act’), notice is hereby given of the following proposed grant of easement over community land, to the person listed below:

Address of community land: 10A Flinders Street, Ermington NSW 2115 Purpose of proposed easement: For construction of a storm water pipe below the surface of the land to connect to a Council storm water facility, within the Reserve Term of proposed easement: Perpetual Person to whom it is proposed to grant the easement: The proprietors of 67 Stevens Street, Ermington NSW 2115
