City of Fremantle customer service and administration Community Safety Officers Containers for Change Refund Point Fremantle Arts Centre Grounds 9am–5pm, reception and FOUND shop 9am–5pm, galleries 10am–5pm and Canvas Café 8am–3pm. Fremantle Leisure Centre Pools and fitness centre 12–5pm. No creche, group fitness, swim school or squads. Fremantle Library           Fremantle Visitor Centre        Moores Building Café 7am–3pm, currently there is no exhibition at the Moores Gallery. Residential and commercial waste collection This will be collected as usual if your bins are normally collected on a Monday. The City’s cleansing teams will also be working as usual. Samson Recreation Centre The centre will be unstaffed however it is still available to hirers. Check with the hirer for their operating hours. Walyalup Civic Centre (and public toilets) The Library Lounge and public toilets on the ground floor, and access to the library on the lower ground floor will be open 9am–5pm.
