The commencement of the second school term provides an opportunity to remind drivers to slow down and take care around school zones.

With Term 2 of the school year now underway, designated school zones are back in operation

Council Rangers and local Police patrol school zones to enforce parking restrictions and illegal road user behaviour.  Fines and loss of demerit points can apply.
