Noreuil Park Foreshore Public Toilets undergo a facelift!

The iconic Noreuil Park Foreshore is one of our regions most popular locations, enjoyed by more than 600,000 locals and visitors each year.

Whether it's relaxing with family and friends, taking in the beautiful river views, firing up a bbq lunch, kicking the footy, using the children’s playground, walking, cycling, canoeing or swimming, the area is always a hive of activity.

With the recently completed Noreuil Park Foreshore Improvements and the development of the Albury Riverside Precinct, an upgrade to the toilet amenities was needed to match the wonderful experience that the park delivers.

The Noreuil Park Public Toilet Upgrade project included:

A complete refurbishment of the male and female toilets and changerooms with new fixtures, lighting, floor and wall finishes, as well as access to hot water.A separate baby change facility for parents and families.Accessibility improvements including a new gender neutral accessible toilet, a wheelchair accessible toilet, and a new handrail and tactile ground surface indicators on the ramp and stairs.

AlburyCity Mayor Kylie King said the recent upgrades added even more value to Albury's premier tourist destination.

"We all know how many families and people of all ages enjoy spending time at Noreuil, and I'm excited to see the area continue to improve."

"The refurbishments of the public toilets not only ensure that they are accessible by all, they make visiting the area a more pleasant experience for all users," said Mayor King.
