Notice of Rescission motion lodged

A notice of motion to rescind item ‘COR.2 East Paddock Community Consultation and Proposed Sale’, which was resolved at the Scheduled Council Meeting on 25 May 2022, has been lodged.
In accordance with Council’s Governance Rules, the rescission motion must now be considered by Council at the first available meeting.
As such, the rescission motion will be considered at an Unscheduled Council Meeting to be held on Tuesday 7 June at 10.30am. The meeting will be livestreamed to Council’s website as per standard practice.
Further information about the notice of rescission will be provided in the agenda for the Unscheduled Council Meeting, which will be published at 10am this Thursday 2 June 2022.
Council will not be in a position to make further media comments in relation to this item until after the Unscheduled Council Meeting on 7 June 2022.
