Council crews have been out most of the night and are continuing this morning to clear trees blocking roads as a result of last night's damaging winds.
Waterfall Way, Boorolong Road and Kempsey Road are high impact areas. If you are out and about on the roads, please drive with extreme caution.
The off-leash dog area on Taylor Street is closed until further notice due to trees being down and surrounding fences broken.
Glen Ross Road, between Oban St and Crystalbrook Road, in Guyra is closed until further notice as a large tree has fallen across the road. Council crews are on site and working to remove the tree.
Council staff are doing their best to reach all impacted locations across the LGA. Please report any trees blocking roads on the self-service section of Council's website.
