The Central Coast Council’s 2021-2022 Annual Plan included a strategic direction for ‘Environment and Sustainable Infrastructure’. Under this direction, a working group was established to develop a sustainable infrastructure plan for the Turners Beach area north of the Bass Highway, to be called the ‘Turners Beach Integrated Plan’.
Community members are invited to comment on the proposed Plan via the online survey or during the community information sessions. The proposed Plan is available to view below and will also be on display at the Administration Centre, 19 King Edward Street, Ulverstone, and at the Penguin Service Centre, 78 Main Road, Penguin.
Community Information Sessions will be held at the Turners Beach Football Club, 4 Henry Street, Turners Beach on the following dates:
Thursday 14 July 2022 – 10am to 4pm and 5pm to 7pm Saturday 16 July 2022 – 10am to 12pmCouncil staff will be on hand at Community Information Sessions to answer any questions and provide assistance with accessing the digital survey.
