Public notice: mains break repair Emerald central

Urgent works to repair a water mains break on Egerton Street between Borilla and Anakie streets in Emerald will take place tonight.

Works will be carried out from 11.00 pm 28 July 2022 and are expected to be completed overnight.

Nearby properties will lose water supply while the main is repaired.

Please note, there is water running in the gutter on Egerton Street and council is aware.

Note: Nearby properties may experience slight discolouration of the water; if you do, it is recommended that you run the water for a short period. If this persists, please contact Central Highlands Regional Council on 1300 242 686.
