Cardinia Shire Council wants your ideas for three playground upgrades that will be happening in 2023 at Creekwood Reserve, The Parkway, and Parman Avenue Reserve in Pakenham.
Each year, Council’s Playground Renewal Program provides equipment and landscaping upgrades to ageing playgrounds around Cardinia Shire.
Cardinia Shire Mayor Cr Jeff Springfield said Council will incorporate the community’s ideas into the development of the concept plans.
“We want to ensure these new playgrounds include your favourite equipment! Tell us how you currently use the parks and what you would like to see included in the upgrades. This is your chance to share your ideas about playground design including what equipment you’d like to see, and how you would like to use the area,” the Mayor said.
Once we receive your feedback, we will present some concept designs for you to vote on. It is expected that this will be toward the end of 2022.
The consultation is open from Monday 1 August to Monday 29 August 2022.
