On 5 August 2022, Moree Plains Shire Council finalised the purchase for the following property (‘Land’).
The Land is ‘public land’ for the purposes of the Local Government Act 1993.
Council gives notice that it intends to pass the following resolution under section 31 of the Local Government Act classifying the Land ‘operational’ for the purposes of Part 2 of Chapter 6 of the Local Government Act 1993:
‘In accordance with section 31 of the Local Government Act 1993, the Council resolves to classify the following property operational for the purposes of Part 2 of Chapter 6 of the Local Government Act 1993:
Lot 1 in Deposited Plan 198420, known as 28 Balo Street, MOREE NSW
The terms of the proposed resolution to classify the Land, and supporting information, are available for public inspection at the Council’s offices at Level 2/30 Heber Street, Moree NSW 2400, between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm weekdays and on Council’s website at www.mpsc.nsw.gov.au, from 8 August 2022 until 5 September 2022.
