Central Highlands Regional Council is making it all about you this Women’s Health Week from September 5-11.
Put your mental and physical health first by attending the inaugural Women’s Health Night from 5.30 pm to 9.00 pm Thursday 8 September at the Emerald McIndoe Function Centre.
‘Women’s Health Night is about raising awareness of the local services available to support Central Highlander’s mental and physical health,’ said Deputy Mayor Christine Rolfe.
‘The night will include a guest speaker, information stalls, health checks, giveaways and light snacks.
‘All are welcome to come along and spend a night prioritising their health and wellbeing.’
Entry is a gold coin donation for CQShines, a local charity supporting public health and improving health outcomes for locals.
