PUBLIC SUBMISSIONS | REVIEW OF SMOKE-FREE AREAS

The Council is reviewing tobacco smoke-free areas in Ulverstone and Penguin.  The current area includes Reibey Street and parts of King Edward Street and Alexandra Road in Ulverstone.  Two small additions are proposed in Ulverstone.

Input from the community and local businesses is also being sought on whether part of Main Road Penguin should be declared smoke-free.

Public submissions are to be provided to the Council no later than 4.30pm on Monday 29 August 2022. The Council will consider all submissions prior to formally making any changes.
