The Special Council meeting will be held in the Council Chamber at the Administration Centre, 19 King Edward Street, Ulverstone commencing at 6pm.  Public attendance is welcome.  It should be noted that the public gallery is limited to approximately 20 seats.

The purpose of the meeting is for the Council acting as a planning authority to consider:

Hotel Industry – alterations, additions and demolitions – Use Standards – 393 Leith Road, Forth – Application No. DA2021247; and Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993 – s.40K & s.42 report on representations to LPS2022001 – Combined Draft Amendment to the Central Coast Local Provisions Schedule to rezone land from Low Density Residential to Local Business and apply a Specific Area Plan over the South Road site; and Development Application DA2022010 – Vehicle Fuel Sales and Service and Food Services and Signs at South Road, West Ulverstone (CT’s 141816/1, 141816/7, 141816/8, 8023/110 & 8024/108).
