Under Section 38B of the Roads Act 1993, notice is given that Council is proposing the closure of part of the Road Reserve between 60-68 Rawson Street and 66-72 Beecroft Road, Epping.
Council will receive submissions regarding the proposal. All submissions received will be reviewed and considered for a decision regarding the proposed road closing.
The partial closure of the road reserve is located between 60-68 Rawson Street and 66-72 Beecroft Road, Epping. Upon closure of the road, Council intends to sell the land to the adjoining landowner.
All interested persons are invited to make submissions concerning the proposal to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Parramatta Council, 126 Church Street Parramatta, within twenty-eight (28) days of the date of this advertisement.
Regarding the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act, information contained in such submissions may, at the discretion of City of Parramatta Council be released.
