Disability Access and Inclusion Plan Survey
Shire of Dundas 15 Aug 2022

The Shire of Dundas is committed to ensuring accessible and inclusive communities for everyone.

We are seeking your feedback to assist in the development of the Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) for 2022-2026. The survey takes approximately 8-10 minutes to complete. We do appreciate your time in assisting the Shire to make our community a more inclusive place to live.

The purpose of Disability Access and Inclusion Plans is to ensure that people with disability are included in their communities and have access to all information, services and facilities provided by their local government. DAIPs provide the framework to improve access to services and facilities for all people in the community across the following areas:

Access to services and events

Physical access to buildings and facilities

Provision of information in accessible formats

Provision of quality service

Opportunity to provide feedback

Opportunity to participate in public consultation

Equal opportunity practices in place for employment programs

Awareness training for staff on disability and access

This survey is available in other formats. For further assistance please contact the Shire of Dundas on 9039 1205  and request to speak to the Manager of Corporate and Community Services.
