REVIEW OF DECLARED AREAS FOR DOGS ON BEACHES – PENGUIN AND PRESERVATION BAY

The Council is seeking community feedback on whether declared areas on beaches at Penguin and Preservation Bay need to be updated following the adoption of the Dog Management Policy in 2020.

Johnsons Beach, Penguin and Preservation Bay Beach were not included in the 2020 Policy.  The Council is now considering if the two beaches need to be declared areas for dogs, and if any changes are needed to the declared area at Penguin Beach.

The Council will consider all submissions before deciding on any changes to the Dog Management Policy.

Feedback may be provided to the Council no later than 4.30pm on Friday 23 September 2022 and can be made by:
