SHIRE OF CAPEL TOWN PLANNING SCHEME No. 7 – AMENDMENT No. 68

It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Capel Local Planning Scheme Amendment on 19 August 2022 for the purpose of Rezoning Pt Lot 2 Calinup Road, Gelorup from ‘Rural to ‘Special Rural’, demarcating Pt Lot 2 Calinup Road, Gelorup as Special Rural Zone Area ‘SR2’ and amending a number of specific provisions applicable to Special Rural Zone Area SR2 – Gelorup in Appendix 6.
