MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEE – BUILDINGS & FACILITIES (FULL-TIME)

The Central Coast Council is seeking to appoint a Municipal Employee in the Infrastructure Services Department.

The Municipal Employee – Buildings & Facilities is responsible for ensuring service levels and efficient workflows are maintained relating to the maintenance of buildings and facilities.

Essential criteria includes:  Demonstrated experience in all facets of carpentry and joinery, including painting, tiling and small concrete work, and demonstrated experience in the safe operation of associated equipment and hand tools.

Salary and conditions:  Full-time position.  Central Coast Council’s Enterprise Agreement – Municipal Employee Level 5A ($31.72 per hour).
