5k SCADaddle for Research

Sunday, October 30, 2022, 8:35 – 10:05am Join us for our 2022 5k SCADaddle for Research! Register to walk, skip or run 5km with family and friends to help beat SCAD Heart Attacks. We'll be meeting from 8.30am and from 9am we'll walk in a 5km loop in beautiful New Farm Park Brisbane. Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection (SCAD) is the #1 cause of heart attacks in women under 50, new Mums, and cause of heart attack in healthy, fit adults. The average age of SCAD patients is just 42 and 80% are women.All money raised goes to Medical Research to better understand, diagnose, treat and ultimately prevent SCAD Heart Attacks.
