Live Well, Live Long is a free, 6-week program of activities and information about helpful things that older adults can do to stay healthy.  Aimed at residents aged 50+, it is a partnership between Central Connect, the Tasmanian Health Service, and the Central Coast Council.

A series of two-hour long sessions will run every Friday from 10am – 12 noon for six weeks, commencing on Friday 28 October 2022.  All sessions will be held at Apex House, 3 Gollan Street, Ulverstone (near the Coles Carpark).

Each session will provide helpful and practical information to help prevent or self-manage a variety of different health issues.  Participation is free, and a complimentary morning tea will be provided each week.
