A Flood Advice – Reduced Threat / Return Safely has been issued for Penguin Creek, Penguin by Tasmania SES.

Locations likely to be impacted are: Hiscutt Park and properties bordering Penguin Creek, Penguin.

SES advises people in these areas that river levels are now falling and are expected to continue falling and that the immediate threat of further flooding has now eased.

Although this threat has eased, dangerous conditions and the impacts of flooding for people in Penguin Creek, Penguin may remain.

Do not attempt to drive through flood waters Continue to monitor local conditions and stay alert to dangerous conditions caused by flooding.
