Isaac Regional Council advises residents, organisations, and industry that the Moranbah Community Centre will be temporarily closed from Friday, 7 April 2023.
This is due to the delivery of the Moranbah Community Centre Revitalisation Project.
Bookings up to and including Thursday 6 April 2023 can be secured and confirmed by calling 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227).
The construction phase is expected to take 12 months, as the project progress community updates will be provided through Council’s official Facebook page and website.
The revitalisation of the centre seeks to address the growing gaps in meeting current and future corporate and community needs in a facility which is about 50 years of age.
This project is proudly funded by the Resources Community Infrastructure Fund in association with Isaac Regional Council.
The fund was established by a voluntary partnership between the Queensland Government and the resources industry through the Queensland Resources Council.
Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks residents, organisations, and industry for its patience during this construction phase for the betterment of community.
