The sound of engines and shine of motor vehicles from all eras and models will be on display when Cars and Ghosts Show n’ Shine arrives at the Hurley Street car park (Coogan Lane) on Sunday 6 November from 9am to 2pm.
Motoring enthusiasts can now enter their own unique cars, trucks or bikes to be part of the Show n’ Shine event, which will be held as part of the return of the Festival of Fisher’s Ghost. Council is partnering with Cars under the Stars to bring this family friendly event to the Festival program.
From Historic and Classic Vehicles to Hot Rods, Custom, Muscle and Modified Cars, Euro and Supercars to Classic Bikes, Road Bikes and New Bikes; all styles, makes and models will be on display.
“Campbelltown has always been home to a significant number of motoring enthusiasts who love their cars, bikes, trucks and all things mechanical,” Mayor George Greiss
“This will be a great event for people to come together and celebrate these passions while showcasing their own pride and joys,” Cr Greiss said.
“This year’s Festival of Fisher’s Ghost program aims to appeal to a wide variety of interests in the community and hosting a Show n’ Shine event will bring people from across the region and the wider community to our city to be part of the festival,” he said.
We encourage local families and car enthusiasts to check out the show. Enjoy a bite to eat at one of the food trucks or local cafés and keep the kids entertained with free kids activities.
Tickets to show your vehicle in this event are now available until spots run out. Tickets are not required for spectators that attend the show on the day.
