Our Junior Library Assistants provide customer service to library users and assist with all functions of the library.  This includes providing reader and reference services support and basic assistance in the use of technology.  The role also assists with the delivery of library programs and activities that enthusiastically promote reading, literacy and life-long learning.

Junior Library Assistant positions are offered to students who are currently attending high school so that they can learn and gain experience working in a library.  When you leave school, another student will be given the opportunity to take over the role.
