As part of Seniors Week 2022 the Town of Cottesloe is offering our senior residents an opportunity to refresh their first aid knowledge.

Hosted by the Town of Mosman Park at Alf Adams Pavillion, you’re invited to join St John on Tuesday, 8 November for a two hour (10am to 12pm) information workshop covering:

CPR DRS ABCD action plan How and when to use a defibrillator Heart conditions and signs of a heart attack Bleeding Recovery position
