Central Highlands Regional Council is reading water meters across the region starting today, 16 November 2022, and continuing for up to 4 weeks.
Please ensure your water meter is accessible and free from obstacles.
An inaccessible water meter, either due to an obstruction, a locked fence or a dog, means the reading cannot be taken and an average value will be calculated for the billing period.
If you know your water meter will be inaccessible, contact council to arrange a time for the reading.
This water meter reading will form the charges of the next water notice to be issued in April 2023.
