Isaac Regional Council wishes to advise residents of Moranbah that the waste kerbside collection has been delayed, and will not be completed today, Friday 9 December. Council also understands that some residents who did not receive a collection on Thursday may also be impacted.
Council asks residents to leave their bins out until collection, which will occur on Saturday, 10 December.
The delay is due to ongoing contractor staff shortage exacerbated by a mechanical issue.
Council apologises for any inconvenience.
