Lightbulb Moments Through The Eyes of Men has been compiled by counsellor and long-time mental health advocate Kerrie Atherton, as the third book in her Stories of HOPE series.
The men featured share their stories of darkness and hope.

Also participating in the conversation will be Daisy Hill resident Justin Geange, from Mates in Construction, which aims to reduce the high level of suicide among Australian construction workers.
Mr Geange featured in Ms Atherton’s second book Resilient People, Remarkable Stories.
