Australia Day Pubic Holiday Closures

Federation Council services and offices will have altered operating hours for the Australia Day public holiday scheduled on Thursday 26 January 2023. The operating hours are as follows;

Corowa Council Office

Close 5:00pm, Wednesday 25 January and re-open 8:30am, Friday 27 January 2023.

Corowa & Urana Works Depot

Close 4:00pm, Wednesday 25 January and re-open 7:00am, Friday 27 January 2023.

Urana Council Office

Close 4:30pm, Wednesday 25 January and re-open 9:00am, Friday 27 January 2023.

Corowa Service NSW Agency

Close 4:30pm, Wednesday 25 January and re-open 9:30am, Friday 27 January 2023.

Corowa, Howlong & Mulwala Council Libraries

Close 5pm, Wednesday 25 January and re-open 10:00am Friday 27 January 2023.

Corowa Visitor Information Centre (VIC)

Open Thursday 26 January, 9:30am – 4.30pm. Visit the North of the Murray website.

Corowa Aquatic Centre

Open Thursday 26 January, 10am – 6pm.

Waste & Recycling Facilities

Council’s waste facilities located in Corowa and Howlong will be closed on Thursday 26 January. If your kerbside bins are scheduled to be collected on Thursday, please ensure bins are placed outside the night before as collection may be earlier than usual.
