HERITAGE & PLANNING | COMMUNITY INFORMATION SESSIONS – Feb / Mar

The Central Coast Council’s Land Use Planning team invites the community to attend planning information sessions to be held in Penguin and Ulverstone.

The aim of the information sessions is to discuss the outcomes of the Local Heritage Study, outline the way forward from here, and have staff answer any queries. The Penguin session will also address Council’s review of the Penguin Specific Area Plan.

Ulverstone Thursday, 23 February 2023 – 3pm–6.30pm (presentations at 3.30pm and 5.30pm) Gnomon Pavilion, Wharf Precinct 3 Wharf Road, Ulverstone

Penguin               Thursday, 9 March 2023 – 3pm – 6.30pm (presentations at 3.30pm and 5.30pm) Dial Park Sports Ground Function Room Dial Park Drive, Penguin
