Central Highlands Regional Council Mayor Kerry Hayes and fellow councillors are proud to announce the winners of the 2023 Australia Day Awards.

Mayor Hayes congratulated the winners and extended recognition to all of this year’s nominees.

‘Congratulations to our region’s Australia Day Award winners and nominees for 2023,’ Mayor Hayes said.

‘All winners and nominees tirelessly work to make our community the best it can be. It was great to see so many nominees this year – a true testament to community spirit.’

‘Thank you to all who took the time to nominate someone. Your selfless actions show community spirit in identifying and celebrating the commitment of others.’

‘I hope everyone got out to one of our 4 events today. It was great to have the event public once again,’ he said.
