Public notice: Emerald water valve testing

Please be advised that water valve testing in various parts of Emerald will take place from today, Monday 30 January 2023 to Friday 3 February 2023.

These tests will provide insight into upcoming hydrant and valve replacement works. You may experience a short 5 to 10-minute water outage during this testing period.

Should you experience any slight discolouration of your water after testing, it is recommended that you run the water for a short period of time. If this persists, please contact council on 1300 242 686.
