Please be advised the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) have imposed a Total Fire Ban (TFB) for the entire Shire of Collie commencing on Thursday 26th January. During this period, it is prohibited to light an open-air fire or conduct any activity that has the potential to start a fire or generate a spark such as welding, grinding or gas cutting. No solid fuel BBQs are permitted. Gas or electric cookers are permitted to be used with caution. On the spot fines of $1000 will be issued for noncompliance.
