Ti Tree Road McHargs creek (partial road closure) A section of Ti Tree Road McHargs Creek has been closed, at the junction of Carripook Road and at the junction of McHargs Creek road. The road is still open to local traffic only for residents that require access .
Long Valley Road (Wistow to Strathalbyn) 1.5 kilometres north of Long Valley Cottages Road to south of Mine Flat Road. Works are expected to commence on 16 May 2023 and be completed in mid-2024, weather permitting. For further information visit www.dit.sa.gov.au/LongValley
Alexandrina Road will be partially closed (between Brookvale Road and Tucker Road) with traffic management in place until 28 May 2023. And from Monday, 29 May 2023 until 5pm, Friday, 9 June 2023, a temporary road closure will be in place and detour will be in place. Local access will be maintained at all times. Brookman Road A temporary road closure will be in place on Brookman Road, for bridge upgrades from Monday, 1 May 2023, for approximately two weeks, weather permitting. A detour will be in place for heavy vehicles. See details here
Bridges/pedestrians paths:Mill Terrace, Middleton - Footbridge closed due to damage.
Watson’s Gap Bridge - walking track going under the bridge to the beach will be closed, until 1 May. And closed again for final works 8 & 9 May 2023. Please use alternative walking tracks to access the beach
Currency Creek Viaduct Bridge - the walking track will be closed from 1 May until mid June, weather dependant.
