Cardinia Shire Council will host the first Cardinia Business Networking Breakfast for the year this March.
Taking place on Thursday 23 March at the Cardinia Cultural Centre, the event will focus on the various ways that businesses can save money on their energy bills and move towards a more environmentally sustainable organisation.
The breakfast will include a range of speakers, including a Sustainable Australia Fund representative and local businesses that have implemented energy-saving initiatives.
Cardinia Shire Council Mayor, Councillor Tammy Radford, said the event is set to be a great opportunity for the local business community to learn important lessons about how to be more environmentally sustainable.
"Given the rising cost of utilities, this business brekkie will give business owners the chance to learn invaluable information about how they can reduce their operating expenses and network with other business owners who have implemented adjustments.”
Tickets are $28.00 and are available from www.trybooking.com/CFNXT
