Public Presentation Ocean Village Car Park Site

Ahead of the proposed sale of land on Brompton Road in City Beach, the Town of Cambridge hosted a public presentation by developer Blackburne on Tuesday, 7 February at 5.00pm.

During discussions with the Town last year, Blackburne had agreed to provide a public presentation of their proposal to share their vision for the site with the local community.

The Town arranged the public presentation on 7 February to consider Blackburne’s concept plans following recent advertising of the Ocean Village Business Plan.

The presentation was held in Council Chambers at the Town’s Administration Centre, 1 Bold Park Drive in Floreat.
