Hop into Easter with some ‘egg-celent’ activities
City of Wodonga 14 Mar 2023

The Easter school holidays will soon be upon us and we have some fun activities planned at our Wodonga community centres.

Pick up the phone to book a tie-dying class where children can make unique items of clothing that stand out from the crowd.

Tie-dying Creations will be held at Felltimber Community Centre on Monday, April 17 from 10.30am to noon. Cost is $5 per child.

There will be another tie-dying session at Baranduda Community Centre on Friday, April 21 from 12.30pm to 2pm.

Bring some old clothing or use materials provided to create eye-catching patterns.

For children who like to cook up a storm in the kitchen, book them in to the Kids’ Cooking Club – Cupcake Decorating at Baranduda Community Centre on Tuesday, April 18 from 10am to 11.30am. Cost is $10 per child.

There will be another session at Felltimber Community Centre on Wednesday, April 19 from 10am to 11.30am.

Do you have a child who is interested in magicians and the art of magic?

Bring them along to see the amazing Dane the Great Magician.

He will wow the crowd with small illusions and amazing impossibilities.

Dane will even reveal some of his secrets and teach some tricks too.

Catch Dane the Great Magician at the Baranduda Community Centre on Thursday, April 13 from 2.30pm and at Felltimber Community Centre on April 13 from 10am to 11am.

Bookings are essential for all classes as places are limited.
