Council advises the community that we are still currently experiencing network outages which may impact calls being received to 1300 ISAACS (1300 47 22 27).
Council understands the importance of community being able to contact us and as such, have a temporary alternative number (07) 2104 5417 that can be used during this current outage.
A longer wait time may occur. Further updates will be provided once the issue has been resolved.
Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks customers for their patience while this issue is being resolved.

Isaac Regional Council advises the community that we are currently experiencing network outages at our customer service offices.
Council’s call centres are unable to take any calls due to network outages. Council offices are still operating and are able to take enquiries but may not be able to process payments at this time.
Further updates will be provided once the issue has been resolved.
Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks the public for their patience.
