Please Note: This meeting has been rescheduled due to a technical problem with community members not being able to access the AEM Attachments (i.e Annual Report and Financials)
The Shire of Capel hereby gives public notice of Annual Meeting of Electors, in accordance with s.5.29 of the Local Government Act 1995.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider the Annual Report for the 2021/22 financial year, to report back on motions from the last Annual Meeting and any other business of the electors of the district.

Registrations open 9.00am Wednesday, 12th April 2023.
If you would like to raise questions or motions at the meeting, it is encouraged they be submitted prior to the meeting to ensure they are recorded in the minutes accurately.
However, you can submit your completed form to a Shire Officer at the meeting and ask your question or motion at the meeting.
