Council is reopening the request for quotes for caretakers of the Emerald Showgrounds with an adjusted level of service.
The expected start date is Monday 1 May 2023.
The position is for 12 months, with the possibility of extending the contract for another 2 years.
The caretakers may live on site, with space for a caravan. Water and power is included.
Duties include maintenance of the entire complex grounds. A full list of responsibilities is listed in the agreement below.
The caretaker(s) must provide, service and repair their own machinery at their cost. Council will provide consumables such as weed spray, cleaning supplies, and materials for general building or service repairs.

The request for quotes is open and will close Thursday 13 April 2023 at 5.00 pm
