Isaac Regional Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for an Incorporated Association to lease the 'Old Tennis Courts & Building' located in Seashore Street, Dysart, for community recreational purposes.

About the location The land is legally described as being Lot 23 on CNS396 with a street address of 11 Seashore Street, Dysart. The land is owned by Queensland State Government, represented by the Department of Resources; and managed by Isaac Regional Council as Trustee. The land has been dedicated as a Reserve for Recreation by the Department of Resources. A Recreation Reserve is to be used for active recreation facilities. About the facilityThe facility is approximately 250sqm under roof with the land being approximately 3.119 hectares. A facility made of concrete block on slab is located on the land.
This facility has recently had a significant upgrade including new flooring, painting and kitchenette.
Council will not be investing any funds into the surrounding land, including but not limited to the old courts.
Any upgrades and/or fit-out will be the responsibility of the final successful EOI submission and must be approved by Council before commencement of works.
