Families will have plenty of entertainment options to choose from these school holidays thanks to the Gannawarra Library Service’s free school holiday program.
Five activity sessions are planned at the service’s Cohuna and Kerang branches between 11-19 April, with families encouraged to book now before spaces fill up.
“The Gannawarra Library Service’s school holiday programs are a great way to keep your children entertained during the school holidays,” Gannawarra Shire Council Chief Executive Officer, Geoff Rollinson said.
The program begins on Tuesday, 11 April at Kerang’s Sir John Gorton Library, with a quilling (paper craft) session for children aged eight years and above occurring from 10.30am. This program will also be repeated on Monday, 17 April from 10.30am.
Children of all ages will enjoy making minibeast pegs on Wednesday, 12 April at Kerang’s Sir John Gorton Library from 2.30pm, with this session also occurring at the Cohuna Library on Tuesday, 18 April from 10.30am.
The program will wrap up on Wednesday, 19 April with Kerang’s Sir John Gorton Library hosting a pendant and earring decorating workshop for school-aged children from 10.30am.
Bookings for all activities are essential, with all children participating to be accompanied by an adult.
