SHARK BARRIER – SEASON EXTENDED

Following consultation with our community last year, Council supported the feedback received to keep the shark barrier at Cottesloe Main Beach in place for the month of April (in previous years the barrier has been removed at the beginning of April).

The Town is pleased to advise that the barrier will remain in place over the Easter break and the school holidays, and will be removed towards the end of April, dependent on the weather.

The enclosure has been a wonderful addition to the beach this summer once again, and we hope our community continues to enjoy swimming at Cottesloe Main Beach over the coming weeks.
