With all the whites now delivered in the winery. We are now focusing our attention on the reds. Varieties such as Shiraz is slowing being picked and the Cabernet Sauvignon and other late variety grapes will start to be harvested in the coming weeks. With farmers commencing there burning programs can everyone please be mindful of the effects of smoke taint in wine grapes and be aware of vineyards locations within the shire. Your cooperation in limiting the amount of smoke that enters these sensitive sites is greatly appreciated by everyone in the wine industry.
