Public notice: Precinct upgrade delayed – Emerald

Garden improvements to the Emerald Library precinct have been delayed by one week due to weather conditions. Limited access to the grassed areas and pathways will now be between Monday 1 May and Saturday 20 May 2023.

Noise disruptions should now be at a minimum with the successful completion of concrete driveway upgrades. The next stage of garden area upgrades include excavation of grass to install circular gravel space, repurposing of mosaic tabletops, seating installation, additional concrete pathways, new feature trees, irrigation, mulch works and laying new lawn turf.
