Isaac Regional Council would like to advise communities of the following temporary closures and normal operating hours for the Isaac Region’s Clermont Show Day public holiday for Clermont, Dysart, Middlemount and Moranbah on Wednesday, 31 May 2023.
COUNCIL OFFICES, ISAAC LIBRARIES AND FACILITIES
Council's offices, customer service counters, libraries, depots, galleries, recreation centres and halls at Moranbah, Dysart, Clermont and Middlemount will be closed on Wednesday 31 May 2023 and will re-open during normal business hours from Thursday, 01 June 2023. Clermont Historical Centre will also be closed and re-open on Thursday, 01 June 2023. All other towns in the Isaac region will operate as normal.
ISAAC AQUATIC FACILITIES
The Moranbah Greg Cruickshank Aquatic Centre will be open from 10am to 5pm. There will be no Learn to Swim classes on this day. Normal operating hours will resume on Thursday, 01 June 2023. All other pools have closed for the season and expected to reopen early September 2023. WASTE SERVICES
Kerbside waste and recycling collections will go ahead as normal on public holidays across the region. Please ensure your bins are placed on the kerbside by 6am on collection day. Visit https://www.isaac.qld.gov.au/environment-water-waste/kerbside-collection for more information.
WASTE MANAGEMENT FACILITIES
Waste management facilities at Clermont, Dysart, Moranbah and Middlemount are closed on the public holiday. Normal operating hours will resume Thursday, 01 June 2023. Waste management facilities at Glenden, Carmila and Greenhill will operate under their normal hours on Wednesday, 31 May 2023.
