Council is inviting community members to share feedback on an exciting new project - the draft concept plan for a new community centre in the Carter Street Precinct.
The community centre will be located at street-level in the Meriton development at 4-8 Uhrig Street, Lidcombe.
The centre will be owned and operated by Council providing space for social and recreational programs for all ages.
How you can have your sayRight now we are in the consult and design phase. The draft concept plan can be found on Participate Parramatta.
Fill in the survey and help Council understand the types of programs and activities you would like to see when the centre opens in mid-2025. This will inform the final concept plan.
In a newly planned precinct, with a growing population, this centre will be one of the most important pieces of infrastructure for this high-density community.
