Council was notified Thursday morning, 8 June of a contamination in Emu River.
We have assessed the situation and have erected signage to advise you to not enter the water and to avoid the area until further notice.
Our teams are conducting an investigation at this time, and have notified the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA).
We would like to thank you for your patience as we work on this environmental concern.
