Fremantle Mayor Hannah Fitzhardinge says it’s time to increase the focus on budget basics like footpaths and drains.
“Fremantle is a beautiful heritage city, but with it comes a few challenges,” she said.
“We really need to start investing in infrastructure here in the city and in our suburbs to avoid costly problems in the future.”
